Ausable Club

Project Overview:

Restoration of the historic Ausable Club to ensure generations of continued use and enjoyment.

Extensive scope of roof restoration included removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing, replacement of damaged roof sheathing, restoration of dormers, chimneys, roof ventilators and architectural dome. New standing seam metal roofing and trim were installed, as well as a first-floor addition to accommodate new offices and access to basement storage for food service.
