Project Overview:
An innovative 40,000 sf renovation of existing industrial space for a fast-growing technology business
This new facility for Dealer.com, an additional location not far from the company’s main building, accommodates approximately 275 employees in an open, “agile” office plan. Once the home of General Dynamics, the newly renovated space includes new windows and skylights, bold colors, and an interior free-span access bridge. Exposed mechanical and electrical system distribution were also added to achieve a post-modern industrial look.
Acoustical considerations were an important part of the occupancy of the space. A spray-applied cellulose insulation was used to satisfy the specific project requirements for noise reduction.
