Project Overview:
After breaking ground in the Summer of 2024, Fox Run Apartments will bring 30 units of affordable multi-family housing to Central Vermont.
This 3-story building will be a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Site improvements will
include new vehicular and pedestrian access points, parking, community gardens, and resident play space.
A collaboration between Evernorth and Downstreet Housing, this project also works to build out the new town center for Berlin, VT.
