Project Overview:

New construction of a 4,500 sf USGBC LEED Gold-certified facility, designed to provide a long-awaited new home for the University of Vermont Rescue Team.

This highly energy efficient pre-engineered metal building accommodates up to eight (8) crew members with sleeping, bathing, cooking, dining, and training spaces for 24 hour staffing needs. The facility’s apparatus bay holds two (2) ambulances as well as secure supply storage for the rescue vehicles.
