Project Overview:

This two story facility consisted of retail and commercial space on the lower level and a mix of single and two bedroom apartments on the upper level.

The design, which incorporates a creative use of exterior building materials and façade details, reflects the former sheds of the Vermont Railways located along Burlington’s waterfront.
