Join our panel of industry specialists from the Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center (VMEC), VIS Construction Consultants, and Neagley & Chase Construction (NCC), as they take a look inside the recent expansion journeys of three successful Vermont Food & Beverage Companies: Lake Champlain Chocolates, Runamok Maple, and Caledonia Spirits.
Panelists will provide an overview of each of these production projects from concept to completion, walking webinar attendees through an expansion, a renovation, and a new construction project. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the scope of each case study including timeline, program, team, how food safety concerns were integrated into each plan, and most importantly, lessons learned along the way.
