Neagley & Chase Construction is pleased to announce that Rob Higgins has been promoted to the role of company Vice President.
Mr. Higgins joined the Neagley & Chase team in 2001. With 15 years prior experience, he steadily progressed from Field Engineer to his most recent Senior Project Manager role, and contributed to the success of dozens of projects. “I am excited to step into an additional leadership capacity for NCC. We have a great team of hard-working and talented individuals who are committed to achieving successful projects,” said Mr. Higgins. “The team’s depth of knowledge, honesty, and sincerity make our challenging work so much more rewarding. I am excited to embrace this new role as we continue to grow our capabilities and capacity.”
Mr. Higgins holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Norwich University in Northfield, VT. He is a lifelong resident of Vermont, and currently lives in Northfield with his wife and children.
