NCC is pleased to announce our Team’s recent selection as Construction Manager for the new Plattsburgh YMCA.
Renovating and constructing a new home for the Plattsburgh YMCA will ensure that the tradition of providing health, wellness and education opportunities for the Plattsburgh community will continue for years to come.
The phased project will renovate over 33,000sf of program area as well as construct 16,000sf of new space for offerings. The group’s goal is to “Create a destination community hub, expand youth and community offerings, and focus on whole-person health.” A beautiful and energy efficient facility with gymnasium, wellness and fitness spaces, racquetball courts, natatorium, locker rooms, and community and educational spaces will expand and modernize the current Plattsburgh YMCA offerings.
This incredible community-based group has been creating a positive impact since 1887. We are thrilled to be partnering with them and working to ensure that the next 150 years bring even more opportunity and community for the Plattsburgh community.
