For more than 40 years, Ray has served in construction leadership roles in Vermont and northern New York. In that time, he has honed his approach to site supervision with a foundation on continuous improvement, strong communication and professionalism. His experience spans across multiple project types and delivery methods, bringing robust knowledge and skills in the entire project delivery process, from estimating and bidding to permitting and safety planning.
