NCC is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Minadeo to the role of Director of Field Operations.
Chris has been an integral part of the NCC Team since 2003. With more than 25 years of experience constructing and managing projects across our region, Chris’ engineering background and expertise in quickly assessing systems and solutions, make him a perfect fit for his newest role.
In this newly formed position, Chris will be taking a leadership role to further develop and oversee NCC’s field operations. He will be leading the charge on all aspects of field operation, project productivity, tool/equipment resources, job training and safety compliance. Chris will also be working to facilitate communication, maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and high-quality project completion, and in general work, to ensure that the Field is operating smoothly and efficiently.
