NCC is pleased to announce the promotions of Andrew Chrusciel and Dylan Magoon.
We are pleased to announce that Andrew Chrusciel has been promoted to the role of Assistant Project Manager. Andrew joined NCC in 2013 as a carpenter, progressing quickly into a position as a Project Engineer. He has also been working diligently as NCC’s Safety Engineer, providing oversight and support of project safety on all of our sites. Andrew transitioned into Estimating three years ago and has been come a solid estimator for both competitive bid and pre-construction estimating. He has been most recently working on the National Forest Supervisor’s Office in Mendon, VT, a Design/Build project which Andrew will now have the opportunity to build in the spring of 2022, in his new role as Assistant Project Manager.
Andrew is incredibly well-rounded with his combined field, estimating and management experience. His positive attitude, attention to detail, advanced knowledge of wood construction and strong work ethic are great assets to the NCC Team.

We are also pleased to announce that Dylan Magoon has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Dylan started his career at NCC in 2015, as an Intern from Clarkson University. Dylan has been involved in various process and manufacturing projects, including Camp Precast, Runamok Maple, Philo Ridge Farm, Flex-A-Seal, Caledonia Spirits and Freedom Foods. Dylan has also taken on the role of providing estimating support for several recent competitive bid projects, as well utilizing his estimating and project engineering talents and experience to provide continued support for NCC’s growing Special Projects group. Dylan is currently overseeing the CVOMS dental facility in Colchester, VT.
Not only is Dylan a skilled craftsmen, his great attitude, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and strong relationships with the Trades and Owners make his future PM career bright.
