Chris Minadeo
Director of Field Operations
One of NCC’s most specialized and experienced team members, Chris began his construction career as a Foreman and Project Superintendent before transitioning to Pre-Engineered Metal Building Specialist and Project Management roles. His more than 25 years of experience have largely been spent constructing and managing many of our region’s most sophisticated process, industrial and manufacturing projects. This experience, in combination with his engineering background, have been the basis for his expertise in process and manufacturing facilities, pre-engineering metal buildings, and MEP systems knowledge.
Chris’ team experience, leadership skills, and his ability to quickly understand systems and solutions are the foundation for his newest role as NCC’s Director of Field Operations. Chris’ leadership role will further develop and oversee NCC’s field operations. He leads the charge on all aspects of field operation, project productivity, tool/equipment resources, job training and safety compliance. Chris will also work to facilitate communication, maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and high-quality project completion, and in general work, to ensure that the Field is operating smoothly and efficiently.
A lifelong hockey player and outdoorsman, Chris also loves cooking and spending time with his wife and three kids.
