Corey Woloschin

Project Estimator

Joining the NCC team in 2024, Corey brings a strong and diverse background of hands-on project management and field supervision duties to his estimating role at NCC. Corey understands the detail and coordination required for a successful building project that adheres to a viable schedule and accurate budget.

In addition to competitive bidding, he works closely with our Project Management and Estimating teams to develop and manage budgets from conceptual design through GMP. His work spans a wide variety of project types including office/commercial, multi-family housing, and educational projects.

A University of Pittsburgh graduate (2013) Corey and his wife enjoy hiking, biking and skiing throughout Vermont.
