Heidi Davis, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Director of Business Development, Director of Sustainability

Heidi joined the NCC Team in 2017 and serves as Director of Business Development and Director of Sustainability. A registered architect (AIA, LEED AP BD+C) with more than 20 years of experience, she enjoys working with owners and design teams. She has an extensive history of successful partnerships in a broad range of project types, including education, housing, non-profit and commercial sectors. Her experience in sustainable design and high-performance construction spans across Energy Star, LEED, Passive House Institute, Low Embodied Carbon, Living Building Institute, and Net Zero Energy.

Heidi combines her passions for building, collaborating with skilled professionals, solving problems, and sustainability. Her background and knowledge of the design and construction process, combined with her enthusiasm for the industry helps spur the continued growth at NCC.

When Heidi’s not working, you can find her with friends and family winding her way through the Vermont landscape on bike, foot, or skis.
