Mike Shea

Superintendent

Since 1998 Mike has been one of NCC’s talented Project Superintendents and is responsible for all day-to-day coordination of project construction operations with subcontractors, vendors, and self-performed work. In his more than 30 years on the job, Mike has developed strong relationships with many of the region’s top subcontractors and craftsmen, as well as an impressive list of completed projects spanning housing, commercial, manufacturing and educational sectors.

Mike takes great pride in his work and is always the first one to arrive to the jobsite in the morning, and the last one to leave at the end of the day. His hands on approach, attention to detail, thoroughness and proactive approach that is required in occupied facility construction are perfectly paired with his jobsite safety, cleanliness and clear communication skills.

A Burlington native, he loves spending time with his family on their sailboat for as many months out of the year as possible.
