For more than 40 years, Ray has served in construction leadership roles in Vermont and northern New York. In that time, he has honed his approach to site supervision with a foundation on continuous improvement, strong communication and professionalism. These values translate to efficient, safe and well-coordinated jobsites, with particular success on occupied renovations.
Ray’s experience spans across multiple project types and delivery methods. He brings robust knowledge and skills in the entire project delivery process, from estimating and bidding to permitting and safety planning. Ray’s experience and knowledge of the skills and talents required to deliver a project bring him great appreciation for the craftsmanship and pride that he sees every day on construction sites.
