Todd Boucher
Superintendent
Todd brings a strong education, experience and industry dedication to his role as an NCC Superintendent. A graduate of Norwich University’s Architecture program, Todd understands the engineering, design and teamwork that goes into every project. This educational foundation has supported his professional growth, focus and skills as a Superintendent, excelling at communication, scheduling, layout, and logistics coordination.
Todd’s prior career experience also includes several years as a fire sprinkler fitter and more than ten years of experience and service in the Vermont Army National Guard. This background has further formed his strong skills in site leadership and a committed approach to delivering a successful project.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys wood working and staying active while skiing, rock climbing, backpacking, and ice climbing.
